This deep frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, a height of 6.5 cm and a capacity of 2.3 l combines the features of a frying pan and a shallow pot. It is ideal for sautéing, braising, preparing sauces and dishes cooked under a lid. The forged aluminium body distributes heat evenly and does not deform even with frequent use. The triple titanPro non-stick coating lets you cook with less fat and food releases from it easily.
