This deep frying pan with a lid from the Matte Black collection has a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 2.3 l, so you can cook a meal for the whole family in it. The deeper shape lets you not only fry but also stew meat, cook sauces or prepare simple one-pot dishes. The body is made of high-quality forged aluminium, which distributes heat evenly. The interior is protected by the three-layer TitanPro titanium non-stick coating, which makes food release easily and means less fat is needed. The matte black surface resists scratches well and keeps its looks for a long time.
The tempered glass lid with a steam vent lets you monitor cooking without unnecessary lifting. The ergonomic soft-grip handle and the lid knob stay cool to the touch. The turbo induction base shortens heating time and the pan is suitable for gas, electric and induction hobs. The materials are free of PFOA, lead and cadmium. The non-stick coating is easy to clean, but use non-metal kitchen utensils.
