Voltmeter suitable for car/truck (12/24V). Simple installation into any car socket (cigarette lighter) is enough to connect and immediately starts showing the battery status. Excellent control of correct charging by the alternator or the state of the car battery.
Measured values and battery status:
14.8 V - 13.8 V - charging by the alternator
12.9 - 12.4 V - good battery condition
12.4 - 10.5 V - battery needs to be charged - depending on the battery none should be below 12.0V
10.5 V - below this value probably is a bad battery, try to charge it as soon as possible
