Induction Bolt Heater 1700W with a Set of Coils
The induction heater serves for heating metal parts such as bolts, nuts, bearings, pulleys or parts of exhaust systems. It uses a magnetic field for quick and precise heating, which considerably facilitates the removal of seized and corroded joints. It comes in handy in car services, workshops and in mechanical work that requires controlled heating of metal. Thanks to flameless operation it is safer than traditional torches and it can also be used in the vicinity of plastic parts.
The power input of 1700 W with a 220 V supply and a draw of 7,5 A provides enough energy even for larger parts. The built-in LED lighting illuminates the place of work and the overheating indicator informs about the state of the device. In the aluminium case you will find two tubular coils with a diameter of 20 and 30 mm, a round coil intended for removing stickers and soft dents and a flexible coil with a length of 1000 mm with which you can wrap even atypically shaped parts.
