Foot lever for lifting plasterboard panels
The foot lever makes it easier to fit plasterboard panels, a job in which the panel has to be raised a little above the floor and held at the right height until it is screwed on. The tool does work that would otherwise need a second person — it lifts the panel with a single press of the foot and both hands stay free.
The construction is all-metal and stable, the pressure surface is anti-slip, so neither the foot nor the panel slips away. The lever is compact and light, can be carried in a bucket of tools and will find use when fitting partitions, suspended ceilings and wall linings in new buildings and during renovations.
