This crêpe pan from the Carbon Pro collection with a diameter of 25 cm is designed for making thin crêpes, drop scones and omelettes. The low rim makes it easier to spread the batter and flip it with a spatula. The diameter of 25 cm corresponds to the usual size of a crêpe, which you can serve on a plate without folding. The pan is suitable for any household where sweet and savoury crêpes are made regularly. The flat-bottomed shape ensures even distribution of the batter.
For flipping, use a wooden or silicone spatula that will not damage the cooking surface. Heat the pan gradually to a medium setting, as sudden overheating when empty is not recommended. Once it has cooled down, wash it by hand with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and wipe it dry. Store it so that the cooking surface does not touch other metal cookware.
