Pizza stone 44×30cm with stand
This ceramic pizza stone measuring 44 × 30 cm will bring pizza as crispy as from a wood-fired oven into your own oven. The stone distributes heat evenly and draws moisture out of the dough, thanks to which you can bake crispy pizza, homemade bread, meat, fish, vegetables and savoury or sweet pastries – all without the need for any fat. A metal stand for convenient serving is included.Before first use, fire the stone for an hour at the oven's highest temperature. When baking pizza, let it preheat for 15 – 20 minutes and do not use frozen pizza, as a sudden change of temperature could damage the stone. Do not wash the stone with water; scrape off dough residues with a metal scraper. It is not suitable for the microwave or the dishwasher.
