Casserole Pot with Ceramic Coating and Glass Lid Cera Stone 6L
This casserole pot with a capacity of 6 litres is built for cooking and braising for a larger group. The body is cast from aluminium, which retains heat well and transfers it evenly to the contents. The two-layer ceramic coating lets you cook with less fat and is easy to clean. The induction base extends its use to all common hobs. The casserole pot belongs to the Cera Stone collection.
The tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim lets you monitor cooking without lifting it. The stainless steel aroma knob helps regulate the escape of steam and preserve the flavour of the dish. The casserole pot withstands oven temperatures of up to two hundred degrees Celsius, so you can start a dish on the hob and finish it in the oven. It is ideal for roast meat, braised vegetables, goulash and oven bakes. Once it has cooled down, wash it with a soft sponge, as harsh cleaning agents are not good for the ceramic coating.
