Casserole with Marble Coating and Glass Lid Metallic Line Burgundy 28cm
The large casserole with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 6,1 litres handles goulash, braised meat, risotto and soup for the whole family. The forged aluminium body heats up quickly and evenly, and the three-layer marble non-stick coating is scratch-resistant and food does not stick to it. The tempered glass lid with a steam vent retains flavour and moisture while letting you see how the food is progressing. The burgundy colour from the Metallic Line Burgundy collection looks impressive on the stove as well as on the table.
The turbo induction base is suitable for electric, gas, ceramic, induction and halogen hobs. Before first use, wash the casserole with warm water and washing-up liquid, dry it and gently wipe the inside with vegetable oil. After cooking, let it cool down and do not pour cold water into it. The manufacturer allows dishwasher cleaning, but for a longer service life recommends washing by hand without steel wool or harsh cleaners. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
