This casserole with a diameter of 26 cm and a capacity of 5,2 l is a popular family size for soups, sauces, stews, pasta and side dishes. The thick forged aluminium walls heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly, so cooking is steady from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. The reinforced three-layer marble coating releases food easily and needs less oil. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
The stainless steel lid retains heat and moisture, and the steam vent prevents boiling over, for example when cooking rice or broth. The stainless steel handle and lid knob stay cool to the touch, so you can safely carry the casserole to the table. The copper look with a hammered pattern from the Hammered Copper collection looks luxurious even when serving. The base is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs, and the manufacturer recommends hand washing.
