Casserole with Marble Coating and Stainless Steel Lid Hammered Copper 28cm
The large casserole with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 6,1 l is designed for hearty goulash, braised meat, soups or one-pot meals for the whole family or guests. The thick forged aluminium body heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, so food does not burn even at the edges of the base. The reinforced three-layer marble non-stick coating lets you cook with a minimum of oil and is easy to clean after cooking. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
The stainless steel lid keeps heat and moisture inside and the steam vent prevents boiling over. The stainless steel handle and lid knob do not get very hot during cooking, so you can safely carry the casserole from the hob straight to the table, where its copper look from the Hammered Copper collection stands out. The induction base is suitable for all types of hobs including gas, electric, ceramic and halogen. The manufacturer recommends hand washing.
