This casserole with a diameter of 30 cm and a capacity of 8 l is suitable for big family cooking, broths, goulash soups and batch cooking. The thick-walled forged aluminium body heats up quickly and, thanks to even heat distribution, fewer hot spots occur. The reinforced three-layer marble non-stick coating allows you to cook with a minimum of fat and is easy to wipe clean after cooking. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
The stainless steel lid with a steam vent retains heat and moisture and helps prevent boiling over.
