The largest casserole from the Hammered Copper collection with a diameter of 32 cm and a capacity of 8,1 l is designed for proper cooking for a large family or guests. It has plenty of room for goulash, soups, risottos or slow-braised meat. Forged aluminium heats up quickly and evenly and the scratch-resistant three-layer marble coating prevents burning even with less oil. The coating contains no PFOA, lead or cadmium.
The stainless steel ergonomic handles stay cool on the hob during cooking and are easy to grip, and the lid with a steam vent helps regulate moisture while cooking. The casserole is suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. The rich hammered copper finish looks like a kitchen decoration and also makes a great gift for cooking enthusiasts. For a long service life, the manufacturer recommends washing by hand.
