This spacious casserole with a diameter of 26 cm and a capacity of 5,2 l handles thick soups, braised meat, pasta and side dishes for the whole family. The thick forged aluminium walls heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. The reinforced three-layer marble coating releases food easily and allows you to cook with a small amount of oil. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
The stainless steel lid retains heat and moisture, and thanks to the steam vent the contents do not boil over. The stainless steel handle and knob stay pleasantly cool during cooking, so you can easily carry the casserole from the hob to the table, where its light gold look from the Hammered Gold collection can shine. The base is suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. The manufacturer recommends washing the casserole by hand.
