Casserole with Lid and Titanium Coating Sahara 28cm
The large casserole with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 6,3 l is built for family cooking and festive feasts, and the manufacturer recommends it for five to seven people. It is suitable for soups, goulash, pasta, risotto and dishes that need long braising. Forged aluminium heats up quickly and retains heat well, and the three-layer titanPro non-stick coating resists scratches and lets you cook with less fat. The matte cream shade with light wood-effect handles matches the other pieces of the Sahara collection.
The turbo induction base distributes heat evenly and works on induction, gas, ceramic, electric and halogen hobs. The tempered glass lid has a steam vent and a silicone rim, so it does not rattle during cooking and you can always keep an eye on the contents. The ergonomic handles with a soft-touch surface and a silver element do not heat up during cooking. To care for the non-stick coating, the manufacturer recommends washing by hand. The coating is free of PFOA, lead and cadmium.
