This shallow pot with a lid from the Sahara Nordic collection has a diameter of 28 cm, a depth of 7.5 cm and a capacity of 3.8 l. Its shape is chosen so that you can both sauté and stew in it, which anyone who cooks for the whole family will appreciate. The forged aluminium body is sturdy yet still light enough to handle. The interior is protected by a three-layer titanPro non-stick coating that lets you cook with less fat. The matte cream finish with wooden accents looks natural and unobtrusive.
The tempered glass lid with a steam vent and a silicone system retains heat while letting you keep an eye on the food. The ergonomic soft-grip handles and knob stay cool to the touch. The Turbo Induction base shortens heating time and reduces energy consumption, and the pot is suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs. The materials are free of PFOA, lead and cadmium. The manufacturer recommends washing by hand.
