Mould for small filled dumplings (uszka)
The mould for small filled dumplings makes it easier to prepare uszka, which belong to Christmas cabbage soup as well as to an ordinary soup throughout the year. You place a cut-out piece of dough into the open mould, add the filling and with one press you get the same shape with a firmly closed edge.
Working with the mould is faster and cleaner than joining the dough by hand, so you manage even a larger batch in a shorter time and the filling does not leak out. The aid is light and compact, after use it is enough to rinse it with warm water with dishwashing liquid and let it dry. It can also be used for small turnovers with a savoury or sweet filling.
