Silicone Baking and Rolling Mat Leonardo 62x42cm
The 62 × 42 cm silicone mat in a matte burgundy shade from the Leonardo collection makes both preparing dough and baking easier. You can comfortably roll out dough for pizza, cakes or biscuits on its surface and then place it directly on a baking tray in the oven. The dough does not stick, there is no need to dust it with flour and the worktop stays clean.
The mat is made of BPA-free food-grade silicone, which withstands high temperatures and does not deform. After use, rinse it with water, wipe it with a damp cloth or put it in the dishwasher. The flexible material can be rolled up and stored in a drawer; the mat is reusable and replaces baking paper.
