Coil for Induction Heater 20mm
The flexible coil for an induction heater with a diameter of 20 mm is designed for fast flameless heating of rusted bolts, nuts, larger bearings, gears and pulleys. The winding, made of thickened brass wire, withstands temperatures up to 1200 °C and provides good stability and high reliability under intensive use.
Thanks to its flexible design, the coil can be easily shaped around the part being heated, even in a hard-to-reach spot. Induction heating acts precisely where needed, without an open flame, so it does not endanger surrounding plastics, seals or lines in the engine compartment.
