Repair kit for damaged threads M12x1,5 HSS

This repair kit is designed for fixing damaged and torn threads with a classical M12 x 1,5 pitch. The repair involves drilling out the damaged thread and cutting a new thread into which a special coil-shaped insert is screwed, whose inner thread matches the required thread after screwing in. The kit can be used to reinforce threads for materials with low shear strength (e.g., aluminum and magnesium alloys). Thanks to these kits, a precise and robust thread is created, resulting in cost and time savings. The drills and taps are made of HSS 4341 steel.
