Crimping Die for AMP-Superseal 1.5 Series Connectors KNIPEX
The crimping die is designed for AMP Superseal 1.5 series connectors from Tyco Electronics. It covers the range of 0.35 to 1.5 mm² (AWG 22 – 16) with F crimping. The optional stop 97 49 28 1 prevents the wire from being inserted too deeply into the connector, thereby ensuring an optimum contact surface and a reliable electrical connection.
The die belongs to the 97 49 series of interchangeable crimping dies used in the 97 43 200 system crimping pliers. Changing the die is quick, so one tool can handle many different applications. The package contains one die.
