Crimping Die for MC4 (up to 10mm²) KNIPEX
The crimping die for system crimping pliers is used for crimping contacts of MC4® solar connectors from Stäubli, which are used to interconnect photovoltaic panels. It has three profiles for cross-sections of 4, 6 and 10 mm² (AWG 12, 10 and 8), making it particularly suitable for larger photovoltaic systems, including ground-mounted ones. The highly precise crimping geometry guarantees the best result.
The optional locator 97 49 71 1 automatically and precisely sets the position of the contact. The die is not intended for MC4® Evo 2 contacts with a cross-section of 10 mm² – MC4® Evo 2 series contacts with 4, 6 and 10 mm² can be processed with the 97 43 66 EVO pliers. The package contains one die.
