Crimping Pliers for Wire Ferrules 180mm, VDE KNIPEX
The insulated 180 mm crimping pliers are designed for wire ferrules with cross-sections from 0.25 to 16 mm² according to DIN 46228, parts 1 and 4. They have a lightweight, slim design, and the optimised transmission makes crimping easier. The handles are VDE tested, so the pliers are suitable for live working up to 1000 V.
Crimping is done in nine marked semicircular dies, which are particularly deep and have tapered side faces, so the connection between ferrule and conductor is reliable. The head is polished and the insulated multi-component handles sit well in the hand. The pliers comply with DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900.
