Four-Mandrel Crimping Pliers, digital 240mm KNIPEX
The four-mandrel crimping pliers with digital adjustment are designed for crimping turned pin and socket contacts from Harting, Phoenix Contact, TE Connectivity, Ilme, Amphenol®, Walther and Weidmüller. The feed of the crimping mandrels is adjusted in steps of 0.01 mm and the value is read on the display in mm, inches or comparable selector positions according to the MIL standard. The synchronised mandrel feed ensures reliable crimping.
Patented electronic wear monitoring alerts you in good time, and the releasable ratchet compliant with IEC 60352 ensures consistent connection quality. The basic setting can be checked with the supplied test gauge, and the pliers can be recalibrated. By exchanging contact holders from different manufacturers you can extend the range of applications. The pliers are chrome-plated and supplied in a plastic case with foam insert and a fitted interchangeable contact holder.
