The 250 mm lever crimping pliers are designed for non-insulated open flat connectors with a tab width of 4.8 and 6.3 mm. They crimp conductors with cross-sections from 0.5 to 6 mm² in three F-type profiles. The lever transmission reduces the required hand force by up to 30 % compared with conventional crimping pliers.
Precision jaws and the releasable ratchet mechanism guarantee consistent crimping quality, with the crimping pressure preset at the factory. Two-handed operation makes it easier to crimp conductors with larger cross-sections. A well-balanced centre of gravity, angled head and ergonomic handles with non-slip plastic coating make work easier. The crimping dies are not interchangeable.
