PreciForce® Lever Crimping Pliers for MC4® / MC4® Evo 2 connectors KNIPEX
The PreciForce lever crimping pliers are designed for crimping contacts of MC4 and MC4 Evo 2 photovoltaic connectors with cross-sections of 4 and 6 mm² (AWG 12 – 10). They are used for installing photovoltaic systems on family houses and industrial buildings as well as on stand-alone systems, for example in motorhomes. The improved crimping geometry ensures very good conductivity of the connection.
Precise crimping dies and a ratchet mechanism that can be released guarantee consistent crimping quality. The crimping pressure is precisely set at the factory and the efficient lever transmission generates a high crimping force. The pliers are easy to handle thanks to the favourable handle position, low weight, short design and ergonomically shaped multi-component handles. The crimping dies are not interchangeable.
