Self-Adjusting Side-Entry Crimping Pliers for Wire Ferrules 190mm, 0.08-10mm² KNIPEX
The 190 mm self-adjusting crimping pliers are designed for wire ferrules with cross-sections from 0.08 to 10 mm². The ferrules are inserted from the front and the pliers adapt automatically to their size, so there is no risk of faulty crimping in the wrong profile. Ferrules up to 2.5 mm² can also be inserted from the side, and the pliers are particularly suitable for all twin ferrules up to 2 × 4 mm².
Crimping is carried out according to DIN 46228, parts 1 and 4, with a single profile covering the entire range. The releasable ratchet mechanism and the factory-calibrated crimping pressure guarantee consistent connection quality, UL approved in combination with KNIPEX wire ferrules 97 99 330 to 399. The efficient lever transmission generates high crimping force, and the practical shape with low weight ensures comfortable work.
