Glazed Roman clay roaster 6l white
This glazed Roman clay roaster with a capacity of 6 litres cooks meat, poultry and vegetables in their own juices – healthily, without burning and with full flavour. The dimensions of 27 × 38 cm provide enough room even for larger cuts of meat and the lid retains the moisture throughout the roasting.Before first use, soak the roaster in cold water for 30 minutes, and for 15 – 60 minutes before subsequent roasting. Always place it on the rack in a cold oven and increase the temperature gradually; do not cool a hot roaster suddenly and set it down on a wooden board or a dry cloth. Do not use it over an open fire or in the dishwasher; wash it in warm soapy water.
