These forged pliers with a length of 175 mm are designed for external retaining (Seeger) rings on shafts with a diameter of 10–25 mm. The sturdy tips bent at 90° with a diameter of 1.3 mm have a non-slip finish, so the ring does not slip out during fitting or removal.
Forging gives the pliers strength and durability in everyday use. The black atramentized surface is complemented by a polished head and plastic-coated handles that sit well in the hand.
