Handle for 4,5mm Round File for Chain Sharpening
The screw-in handle turns a bare round file with a diameter of 4,5 mm into a comfortable tool with which you can sharpen a chainsaw chain right out in the field. Without a handle the file twists in your hand and sharpens the teeth unevenly — with a firm grip you guide it steadily and at the same angle, cut after cut.
The file is clamped into the handle by a screw mechanism that grips it without play and does not let it slip even under heavier pressure. The overall length of 12,5 cm gives your hand enough support even during longer sharpening, and the body made of durable plastic in a blue-black finish weighs almost nothing. It suits all common round files with a diameter of 4,5 mm.
