Electronic Super Knips® XL blackened ESD pliers 140mm KNIPEX 13474

Electronic Super Knips XL blackened ESD pliers 140mm KNIPEX

The Electronic Super Knips XL blackened ESD pliers KNIPEX with a length of 140 mm are designed for very precise assembly work e.g. in the field of electronics and fine mechanics. Two-tone handles are electrically conductive, dissipative, which means that electrostatic electricity is slowly and controllably discharged through the handles with these pliers. Ground, very hard blades without bevel, hardness of the blades about 64 HRC. Cutting with controlled micro-shifting for exceptionally precise cutting of even the thinnest wires and for a long lifespan. They are equipped with precisely shaped tips that separate even neighbouring wires from 0.2 mm, a joint with a stainless steel pin and an opening spring. An advantage is the extremely light operation to reduce fatigue during work. The pliers are made of special tool steel, oil-hardened in several stages.
