This silicone baking mat with pyramid studs allows healthier preparation of dishes without added oil. The studs drain away excess fat and dripping juices, while hot steam flows freely around the food – so the food bakes perfectly from below as well as from above.The mat withstands temperatures up to 220 °C and you can use it in electric, gas and microwave ovens.
