Tvardy 1/2" Impact Socket 6-Point 15mm CR-MO
The Tvardy short impact socket in size 15 mm with a 1/2" drive is the basic equipment of anyone who works with an impact wrench. The low profile keeps the socket close to the nut, so it fits even under covers and into confined spaces and transmits full torque to the joint.
CR-MO steel is the right solution for impact tools — it absorbs blows and does not crack, whereas an ordinary chrome-vanadium socket would sooner or later split under such a load. The precise hexagonal profile sits on the nuts over their full surface and does not round off their edges.
