Blade holder / hub for petrol lawn mower 22.2mm
A spare blade holder, also called a hub or blade adapter, for petrol lawn mowers. The part fits onto the engine shaft with a diameter of 22.2 mm and ensures firm and centred mounting of the cutting blade – the basis of smooth mower running without vibration and of even mowing.
The blade holder is usually the first part to be damaged when the blade hits a stone or kerb, because it protects the more expensive engine crankshaft. Replacement is quick and cheap, so you return the mower to operation the same day without a costly engine repair.
