Chainsaw Gasket Set
The gasket set is used during a complete overhaul of a chainsaw, when the piston or cylinder is replaced or the crankcase is cleaned. The tightness of a two-stroke engine is a basic condition for it to run, because the mixture enters the cylinder through the crankcase and any leak disrupts the entire working cycle.
Signs of worn gaskets include increased fuel consumption, fluctuating revs, poorer hot starting and loss of cutting power. New gaskets restore the engine's original compression, reduce the risk of piston seizure and extend the interval until the next repair.
