Oil Pump for Chainsaw 5200
The oil pump meters lubricant onto the guide bar and chain throughout the cut, reducing friction and dissipating heat. When it stops working, the chain heats up until it turns blue, the bar groove wears out and cutting becomes hard even with a sharp chain, which quickly damages the more expensive parts of the saw.
This pump is designed for chainsaws of the 5200 model series and is fitted in its original position under the side cover. When replacing it, check that the oil channel in the bar is clear and that the suction filter in the oil tank is clean, otherwise the new pump will not be able to lubricate fully.
