BJC HW3090 Compressor Pump Unit – Two-Stage
The high-performance two-stage BJC HW-3090 compressor pump unit is designed for building or overhauling industrial compressors. A pair of pistons with a diameter of 90 mm and a booster piston of 65 mm ensure a theoretical output of up to 1,150 l/min and an effective output of 900 l/min, with a working pressure of 8–11 bar and a maximum pressure of 12.5 bar. This allows the unit to supply air without problems even to a demanding workshop with multiple pneumatic tools.
The unit is designed for a motor with a recommended output of 5.5 kW at a power supply of 400 V and 900 rpm, ideally combined with an air receiver with a volume of 200–300 litres. The package includes two air filters and 800 ml of compressor oil. Please note that the unit is supplied without an oil charge, so oil must be added before first start-up.
