Compressor Unit HV-2090
The robust dual-cylinder compressor unit HV-2090 is designed for efficient and long-term operation. Its foundation consists of cylinders made of durable cast iron, ensuring reliable performance even with demanding and frequent use. The compressor is oil-lubricated, contributing to quiet operation and increasing its lifespan. The drive is provided by a crank mechanism with a belt wheel, which also fulfills a cooling function, thereby helping to prevent overheating during operation.
To achieve optimal performance, it is recommended to use a motor with a power of 4.0 kW. During operation, it is important to adhere to the recommended work cycle: equal time for work and breaks, with the actual continuous work duration not exceeding 10 minutes. To maintain the device's efficiency, it is recommended not to exceed 60% of its maximum output when continuously drawing air.
