Lever Battery Disconnect Switch 12/24V 300A
The lever-operated battery isolator is mounted on the battery post and disconnects the entire electrical system of a vehicle or machine with a single movement. It is used during servicing, when machinery is laid up for a longer period, as protection against battery self-discharge, and it also makes unauthorised starting more difficult.
The switch handles a continuous current of 300 A and a short-term cranking current of around 1000 A, so it suits the starter motors of passenger and commercial vehicles with both 12 V and 24 V systems. M10 connections and copper and brass contacts ensure low contact resistance and reliable switching even after years of use.
