Silicone kitchen basting brush
The silicone kitchen brush will serve for brushing dough with egg, for coating meat with marinade during grilling and also for greasing tins and trays. The fine silicone bristles apply a thin even layer and, unlike classic brushes, no fibres come loose from them into the food during work.
Silicone withstands heat and acidic marinades well and does not soak up grease or odours. After use it is enough to rinse the brush under running water with washing-up liquid; food residues come off the smooth surface by themselves. Once dry you can hang it up or put it away in a drawer, where it takes up almost no space.
