Carving Knife Black and Silver 20cm
This carving knife with a 20 cm long blade is designed for cutting thin and even slices of roast meat, ham, cold cuts or larger vegetables. The long slim blade made of heat-treated stainless steel glides through food in a single stroke, so the slices are not torn. The black and silver matte finish looks modern and matches other knives in the same range. It is ideal as an addition to an existing set or as a replacement for a worn knife.
The ergonomic handle with a soft-touch surface is comfortable to hold and the finger guard prevents your hand from slipping onto the blade. You will use the knife when carving the Sunday roast or turkey breast and when preparing a platter of cold cuts. After use, wash it and dry it immediately. To keep it sharp for a long time, store it in a knife block or on a magnetic holder.
