Santoku Knife with Finger Guard Taupe 17.5cm
This santoku knife with a 17.5 cm blade is a versatile helper for slicing vegetables, meat and fish. The stainless steel blade holds its edge for a long time and is easy to sharpen. The combination of a satin and mirror-polished surface gives the knife a striking look. The handle in a rose gold shade belongs to the Taupe collection.
The finger guard by the handle increases safety when slicing faster. Guide the knife in a smooth stroke on a wooden or plastic board and avoid hard surfaces. After use, rinse it in warm water, wipe it dry and store it in a knife block or on a magnetic strip. Washing in the dishwasher shortens the life of the edge and is therefore not recommended.
