This chef's knife from the Sahara collection is a versatile helper when preparing meals. The 20 cm blade handles cutting meat, vegetables, herbs and bread, so it replaces several smaller knives. The stainless steel is heat-treated and hand-sharpened, which means it holds its edge well. The gold finish with a satin treatment and mirror polishing looks elegant and impressive.
The stainless steel handle flows smoothly into the blade and the Finger Guard protects your fingers when cutting. We recommend washing the knife by hand in lukewarm water and wiping it dry immediately. Cut on a wooden or plastic board, as hard surfaces blunt the edge unnecessarily. Sharpen the knife regularly so that it keeps its cutting properties. The package contains one knife.
