Casserole with Glass Lid and Five-Layer Body Copper Touch 28cm
The large casserole with a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 11.5 cm is designed for braised meat, goulash, risotto or baked dishes for the whole family. The five-layer construction of stainless steel, aluminium and copper retains heat and distributes it evenly, which you will appreciate most during slow braising. The stainless steel body with a copper band from the Copper Touch collection also looks good when serving at the table.
The glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a steam vent keeps moisture inside while letting you see how the food is progressing. The cast handles are sturdy and you can move the casserole from the stove straight into the oven, where it withstands up to 220 °C. The induction base is suitable for all types of hobs.
