Low Casserole with Glass Lid and Five-Layer Body Copper Touch 28cm
The low casserole with a diameter of 28 cm and a height of 7.5 cm combines the advantages of a frying pan and a pot. On the wide base, you first sear the meat and then braise it under the lid, and it is also suitable for risotto, vegetables or sauces with meat. According to the manufacturer, the five-layer body of stainless steel, aluminium and copper heats up to five times faster and distributes heat evenly. The stainless steel with a copper band from the Copper Touch collection also makes it a nice serving piece.
The glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a steam vent allows you to follow the cooking without lifting it. The casserole is suitable for all types of hobs including induction and, with its cast handle, it can also go in the oven up to 220 °C. The stainless steel interior does not react with acidic foods and is easy to maintain.
