Mini Saucepan with Three-Layer Body Copper Touch 10cm
The saucepan with a diameter of 10 cm is a slightly larger sister of the smallest pieces in the Copper Touch collection and is suitable for butter, sauces, reductions or a single portion of a side dish. The three-layer body made of stainless steel, aluminium and copper distributes heat evenly and, according to the manufacturer, heats up to three times faster. The copper surface gives it a luxurious look, so it can go from the hob straight to the table.
The stainless steel interior is neutral to food and does not change its taste or smell. The sturdy cast handle sits well in the hand and the saucepan can also finish a dish in the oven up to 220 °C. It works on an induction hob if the cooking zone can detect cookware with a small diameter, and on other types of hobs without restriction.
