Mini Saucepan with Three-Layer Body Copper Touch 8,5cm
The small saucepan with a diameter of 8,5 cm is suitable for melting butter, reductions, glazes or sauces in small portions where precise temperature control matters. According to the manufacturer, the three-layer body made of stainless steel, aluminium and copper heats up to three times faster and responds promptly to changes in hob power. The polished copper surface of the Copper Touch collection gives it a luxurious look.
The high-quality stainless steel interior does not react with food and preserves its natural flavour. The cast ergonomic handle is stable and you can also transfer the saucepan from the hob to the oven, where it withstands up to 220 °C. It is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, but the induction zone must be able to detect cookware with a small diameter.
