Flour sieve 24cm
The flour sieve with a diameter of 24 cm is intended for sifting flour, semolina, icing sugar and other loose ingredients before baking. Sifted flour becomes aerated, the dough then rises better and the finished baked goods are finer.
The wide diameter makes it possible to sift a larger amount at once and the sieve sits comfortably on a bowl or on a pot. The mesh catches lumps and any impurities, so they do not get into the dough. After use the sieve is knocked out, rinsed and left to dry thoroughly.
