NexStrip - Multifunctional Electrician's Tool 190mm (blister) KNIPEX
NexStrip is a multifunctional electrician's tool that combines stripping, crimping of wire end ferrules and cutting of conductors in one body. The stripping mechanism automatically adjusts to the cable diameter and the adjustable length stop guarantees the same stripping length even during series work. Fine adjustment allows the tool to be adapted to special insulation materials or temperature conditions, for both flexible and solid conductors with a cross-section of 0.03 to 10 mm².
The tool crimps ferrules according to DIN 46228, parts 1 and 4, into a square profile and automatically adjusts to sizes 0.25 – 4 mm² as well as 2 × 2.5 mm². The ratchet mechanism always completes the full crimping cycle, so the connection always has the same quality and the required pressure. The integrated cutter cleanly cuts conductors up to 10 mm². The body is made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic and the multi-component non-slip handles ensure comfortable work in domestic installations as well as when wiring electronics, such as PLCs. The tool is supplied in blister packaging.
