Die Stock for Round Dies M3–M4, 20x5mm, DIN 225
The die stock holds and guides the threading die when cutting external threads. It is the firm guidance that decides whether the thread comes out straight and usable - a loosely held die tilts and the thread then does not seat properly. With this holder you can cut a new thread on a pin or repair a damaged thread on a bolt without having to replace the part.
The holder is made of NC6 alloy steel, which resists deformation even under greater force, and it complies with the DIN 225 standard, so it accepts common metric dies measuring 20 x 5 mm in the M3 to M4 range. Three fixing screws secure the die against turning, and the long arms make it possible to apply the necessary torque without a cramped grip. It is suitable for a metalworking shop, machinery servicing and everyday home repairs.
